Agreement

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all scaffolding rental, sales, erection, dismantling, inspection, and shoring services provided by Scaffolding Oman (ATAR), based in Ruwi, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

Quotations

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in Omani Rial (OMR) and are subject to 5% VAT. We reserve the right to revise prices if project specifications change after the quotation has been issued.

Scaffolding Rental Terms

Rental periods begin from the date of delivery to your site. The minimum rental period is as specified in your quotation. Rental charges continue until the scaffolding is collected from your site. The client is responsible for the safekeeping of all rented scaffolding equipment while on their site. Any lost, stolen, or damaged components will be charged at replacement cost.

Scaffolding Sales Terms

All sales are final once delivery has been accepted. Payment terms are as agreed in the quotation. Ownership of materials transfers to the buyer upon receipt of full payment. We provide a manufacturer's warranty on new scaffolding materials as specified at the time of sale.

Erection & Dismantling Services

All erection and dismantling work is carried out by our certified scaffolders in compliance with international safety standards. The client must provide safe and clear access to the work area. Any delays caused by site conditions beyond our control may result in additional charges. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, site access restrictions, or other factors outside our control.

Inspection Services

Scaffolding inspections are carried out in accordance with industry standards. Inspection reports and tagging (green, yellow, red) reflect the condition of the scaffolding at the time of inspection only. We are not responsible for any modifications made to the scaffolding after our inspection.

Delivery

We deliver across Oman including Muscat, Sohar, Duqm, and Salalah. Delivery charges are as quoted and depend on location and volume. Same-day delivery is subject to availability. The client must provide suitable access for delivery vehicles.

Payment

Payment terms are as specified in your quotation or invoice. All prices are in Omani Rial (OMR). VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 5%) will be added to all invoices. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our scaffolding services. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for scaffolding work on their site.

Health & Safety

All parties must comply with Oman's health and safety regulations. Only trained and authorized personnel should access scaffolding structures. The client must not alter, modify, or overload scaffolding without our written approval. Any safety concerns must be reported to us immediately.

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders or services must be communicated in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of the order. Materials already delivered cannot be returned without prior agreement.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Oman.
